Purpose
We confirm the address, the type of the asset and the purpose of the report.
STEP 2
Photos
Photos of the asset(s) are required. Depending on the asset type we either inspect on site or use photos supplied by the client.
STEP 3
Analysis & valuation
The appropriate approach is selected — cost, income or market — and the calculations and analysis are carried out.
STEP 4
Signed report
A signed PDF is delivered to the client.
